Hello MS4CC members.
As of February 27th 2010, MC4CC has closed the doors. Due to health issues and income losses, I am forced to close MySurf. This means that all withdrawals, pendings and account balances are canceled.
However, I plan to refund any and all members that are Not-In-Profit. Not-In-Profit means that your past paid withdrawals are less than your deposits.
Example: $100.00 deposited, and $60.00 withdrawn and paid as of Feb. 27th. The difference of $40.00 will be paid back to you ASAP. The refunds will take some time so in order to compensate for the lapse in time, I plan to add a small percentage to your refund amount which will increase monthly until all are paid.
I am so sorry for having to do this, but with some ongoing health problems I feel that I will not be able to do MS4CC justice. So while I am still able, I will do my best to get everyone’s out of pocket funds back to you. Believe me, I know that some of you are in dire straights, whether financial and/or health, but please do not ask for special consideration like a payment to be made early or over the amount that is due to you. If I could handle that, then I wouldn’t need to close. The order to be paid correlates with your member number. Payments may be put on hold during any time that I may be hospitalized due to surgery, etc.
I wish that I could have kept this going for many more years, but I wasn’t expecting to have these outside obstacles develop as they have done. I could try to continue, but I feel that eventually the situation would only deteriorate and become a huge mess and might not be in a position to make refunds at all.
There are programs out there that take your money and run. I’m at least trying to help you break even. Please keep informed by reading any new updates in the T.I.M.E. Forum at this link.

Thanks to all of you that have given your support over the past two and a half years and I wish all of you great success in the future.
With regrets,
